Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Notice summarizes the categories of personal information we collect at or before the time of collection, our purposes, retention periods, and whether we “sell” or “share” such information (as defined by California law).

Categories Collected

  • Identifiers: name, phone number, and (optional) address.
  • Commercial/Service Info: booking details (service type, preferences, preferred timing).
  • Internet Activity: basic logs such as IP address, device/browser info, and pages viewed.
  • Advertising Interaction Data: advertising identifiers, phone call metadata, and confirmed booking attribution data.
  • Geolocation (coarse): derived from address or IP to determine service area.
  • Sensitive Data: none required to book a service.

Purposes of Use

  • To process your booking and connect you with the independent Technician.
  • To contact you with service‑related calls or text messages (scheduling, arrival, updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website; prevent fraud/abuse; comply with law.
  • To measure whether a Google Ads interaction resulted in a phone call and confirmed booking.

Advertising Measurement

Google may display a forwarding number after an eligible Google Ads interaction. If the resulting call leads to a confirmed booking, we may provide Google Ads with the caller's phone number, call start time, booking confirmation time, and conversion value and currency for attribution and measurement. This does not enroll you in marketing text messages, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not used or disclosed for this purpose. See the Google Privacy Policy for more information.

Retention Periods

  • Contact & booking data: up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless needed longer for legal/compliance.
  • Logs/analytics: up to 12 months.

Sale/Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose limited information to Google for the advertising measurement described above. Depending on applicable law, some advertising measurement activity may be considered “sharing.” Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not included in this disclosure. Contact us to exercise any applicable privacy rights.
