1) Services & Relationship

• All services are performed by 10by10.studio technicians. We are responsible for workmanship, schedules, and policies as described below.
• When you book with us, you are entering into a service agreement with 10by10.studio.

2) Booking & Communications

• When you submit your phone number, you authorize service-related calls or texts (e.g., scheduling, arrival updates). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Appointments are confirmed by our team and subject to technician availability.

3) Pricing, Payment, & Diagnostic Fee

• Prices are disclosed before service begins and may vary by service type and duration.
• Payment is made directly to 10by10.studio upon completion of service.
• If you cancel after a technician has arrived or begun diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.

4) Warranties

• We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 days and we will make it right.
• Any service concern should be reported promptly so we can assist you.

5) Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details and disclose any allergies or sensitivities.
• Ensure someone 18+ is present during service.

6) Site Use

• This site and its content are provided “as is.” We may change features, content, or availability at any time.
• Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, spamming, interfering with operations).

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10by10.studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• For site-related issues (not services), 10by10.studio’s total liability will not exceed USD $100.
