3) Pricing, Payment, & Diagnostic Fee

- Payment is made directly to 10by10.studio upon completion of service.
- If you cancel after a technician has arrived or begun diagnosis, a diagnostic fee may apply.
4) Warranties
- We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 days and we will make it right.
- Any service concern should be reported promptly so we can assist you.
5) Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and disclose any allergies or sensitivities.
- Ensure someone 18+ is present during service.
