10by10 Studio coordinates nail appointments and provides salon workstations for the technicians who perform your services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Services & Relationship

  • Services are performed by the technician assigned to your appointment. Independent technicians use salon workstations and set their own service prices.
  • Your booking identifies the selected services and technician. The salon team helps with scheduling, payment questions, and service concerns.

2) Booking & Communications

  • When you submit your phone number or email, you consent to receive service‑related communications about your appointment (e.g., confirmations, reminders, reschedule/cancel updates, payment/receipt notifications). These may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Frequency varies.
  • We do not send marketing texts without your separate, explicit opt‑in.
  • Appointments are confirmed by our team and subject to technician availability.

3) Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are disclosed before service begins and may vary by service type and duration.
  • Payments are currently processed through the salon checkout. Any required reservation payment is shown before you pay and is applied toward your appointment total.
  • Use your booking link or contact the salon if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable payment or cancellation terms are shown during booking.

4) Warranties

  • We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 days and we will make it right.
  • Any service concern should be reported promptly so we can assist you.

5) Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and disclose any allergies or sensitivities.
  • Ensure someone 18+ is present during service.

6) Site Use

  • This site and its content are provided “as is.” We may change features, content, or availability at any time.
  • Do not misuse the site (e.g., scraping, spamming, interfering with operations).

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10by10 Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
  • For site-related issues (not services), 10by10 Studio’s total liability will not exceed USD $100.

8) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may use third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, messaging, analytics). Their terms and policies apply when you use them.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
